Its acutally not that bad, lol there pretty easy to work on.  Just dont buy a ford w/ an automatic trans lol.


ok, as for the firs sentence, yea they are easy to work on but you have to work on them alot... and for the last, i agree with sebba but i have to say ALL ford transmissions suck balls, they are the main reason i wont buy a ford, i know someone who had a taurus brand new, well had like 300 miles on it, and after 2 weeks the tranny went out, he got a another one from another taurus and is blew again in 3 more weeks so they sold the car...

Well as long as they keep breaking, I am making money and my bills are paid lol.  Thats why my svt contour is stick.

I havent seen too many  issues w/ rwd trans, mostly fwd.

my freinds ford taurus has none so far....he did in his previous taurus....but they arent really impressive front wheel drive isnt good for ford

So we all know that the supercharged engines need the intake bypass valve so they work in reverse. Otherwise the supercharger would just suck all the air out of the cylinder
