Jesus, some very impresive work here guys.

Have signd for a 08 Outlander with navi here in Norway, and just love the way this thread i going.

The ultimate hack to the mmcs would be, adding a bigger HDD, aux input, and the posibility to direct add mp3`s to the HDD via USB or something like that.

Keep up the great work and keep us posted, we REALY value the work you guys are doing.

I am can't hdd unlock with xboxhdm & unlockhd, because password is incorrect.

Double-check that you entered it correctly.  Its easy to mistype since its so long.  It should be:

b2bab3bcb0dfacbeb1bbbedfb1add2cdc9ceaab2dfb19e8996dfaa8c9a8ddfdf

And what is the exact error message you are getting?  Also keep in mind you only get something like 5 tries to enter the password correctly before you must power-off and power-on the drive.

In command line will be:

unlockhd -p b2bab3bcb0dfacbeb1bbbedfb1add2cdc9ceaab2dfb19e8996dfaa8c9a8ddfdf

It is correct?

And then reboot.

Looks correct .. If I have time I'll try it again on my drive this evening to double-check and get the exact steps.
