Im thinking about lambo doors for my GSX, but I don't want to spend the 1700 on the kit.  anyone know how to do this? or somewhere to get it done for 1k or less?  is it hard to DIY?

hey, i was looking up lambo doors for my spyder and found out that we'll need a different kit than the fwd chasis guys use.  Since the doors on the awd chasis cars have extra braces in them for strengthing, they weigh a little more.  There's a guy that makes lambo door kit for dsm's, mainly the 3si guys though, but he said that the extra weight needs a slightly stronger set of mounts or over time the fwd ones will wear down.

If you are courageous, you can buy the info ''How to built lambo door'' on ebay for 5$ or less... You have all the measure... Take this plan and go at your machine shop.

anybody you know tried DIY?  cause if it is possible and not a HUGE waste of my time, I might look into that.  cause if it wasn't all that difficult, I may give it a shot.  thanks
