when he says mod the fender im pretty sure its just cutting the inside lip of it... the part that you never see cause it's tucked behind the door when it's closed... i talked to a guy that did it and saw it on his eclipse... o by the way haha

I had to cut mine on the inside of the wheel well. Looked really trashy... when you're young though you do dumb ****... Replacing the shock would involve pulling the fender off and unscrewing it on some. The weld on ones are better, but you still might have fitment issues. Such as doors not latching right, rubbing on fenders, etc. Again its your decision bro. I thought i really wanted them too. But after I had them. I realized it was a really big mistake
