im lookin at a kit from chaser. it looks simple enough just wondering if anybody has done it n if theres anything special i should look for

I dont know of anyone on here who has lambo doors. I have no knowledge of them myself either...all i have heard though is dont cheap out on them! You get what you pay for.

theyre normally a grand but their on sale for $700. sounds about right to me

the quality depends on the type you get. I've installed bolt on ones and welded ones. The welded are much better, but with both kits you have to do some clearancing on the fenders. Also, eventually the shocks wear out and it gets harder and harder to lift the doors and eventually they don't stay up. They are a huge pain in the a$$ but if thats what you want, go for it brother. With these things you really do get what you pay for.

Even if you do pay a lot, you still end up with really flimsy doors, f-ed up door seals....... and a super super ugly car

Lambo doors are meant for one car and one car only....The Lamborghini.

lol right, i really liked those doors to. The Murcielago and the LP640 are the only ones that have them yet i think....

Ive heard about the shocks wearing out, but thats easily replaceable from what ive heard (correct me if im wrong).  sounds like i might need a shop to install even the bolt on's if i have to mod the fender. would i be better off with the welded?
