When I turn teh key to start it it normaly dont start like the battory is dead. Then I try again and it starts but the starter sounds like its moving really slow bairly starting it. My moms and ssiters cars starter moves double as fast. My lights dont look dim. Is my starter getting bad?

Get the battery and alternator tested. If both check out fine then i would look at your ground wires and negative battery terminal for corrosion, if they are ugly then just clean them up.
