Another question when I start my car and turn on either the heat or defrost it does this lound squealing noise. When I turn the heat or defrost off it stops. If I keep it on the sound last anywhere from 45sec. to a minute then I never hear it. Its getting louder now that its colder in the morning.

Its probably a belt.

Yep sounds like a belt to me too, check the belt tension and check it for cracks.
