Touch-up Paint - 11/8/2007 8:13:44 PM    gsrkid   Posts: 8 Joined: 9/13/2007 Status: offline I bought a 1995 Lancer GSR (Mirage LS Coupe in the US) about 2 months ago, and I've finally got time to fix the worn paint on the trim. The first owner of the car lived right on the coast, so I assume the salt and sand slowly stripped the paint. As you can see, its in pretty bad shape: http://img123.imageshack.us/img123/9696/1000169cj8.jpg I asked the salesman at a car accessories store what he thought I should use, and he suggested tyre blackener. I tried this, but it really didn't do much except darken the worn area slightly. Does anyone know what sort of paint I should be using?
