No special tools... simple dissection. Two screws on the bottom of the radio bezel (the thing with the vents on it in the center there) pull it (gently) free, disconnect the 4ways, there will be 2 more screws at the bottom of the clock/compass/temp pod undo them, gently slide the clock pod forward and that should give you access to the speaker, and itll be 4 screws (I think) holding it in.

Its only 2 screws.  the clock bezel is held in by press pins.  so you gotta fight it alittle but they do just pop out.  sometimes they are tough, no always though.  My 01 spyder were tough took longer than it should to pull them free.  my 00 GS were to easy they actualy fell of while pulling out the bezel so its the luck of the draw

Some things are so simple when you ask the right people.

I have a stereo question, I found a 5083 eclipse cd changer on craigslist. How much work and will it work with my stock "I think it is stock" Infinity cd player? The changer does not come with cables so will that be expensive?

It wont work... Eclipse is referencing the brand name... not the car. The Infinity CD player in there IS stock.
