one thing to add crow, is the fluid dirty?? if it is,  the dr.tranny isnt gonna work for long. that dirty fluid is gonna contaminate it and will start shuddering again soon. what i reccommend is having the trans flushed out and putting  mitsubishi fluid back in it. the mitsubishi fluid has the addditive that keeps the converter from shuddering.
