Hi!
I have a 1998 Eclispe, and when I changed the battery, the anit-theft mechanism in my radio engaged.
I bought the car from someone else, I don't have the manual.
Does anyone have a stock code, or default code that I can try, Will that even work?
Any Help is appreciated.
I need MuSiC :P

Not sure if this will work, but leave the key in the ignition for an hour with the radio on (i know). I did this with a couple others, and it worked.

you have to go to the dealership. You need your VIN# and if you can get to the radio unit on the top of it has a serial code. I believe you need both to get your code from them

I think you have to pull the radio out and the code should be stamped on it somewhere...But when you yank it out just put in a nice Pioneer or other decent head unit instead of the factory one and you won't have to worry about the code.
