You would be fine with a 40mm..

How high of boost are you planning on running?

44mm I would say,  28-32 is alot of boost ad pump gas will not support that.  you will need race gas or 93 and meth.   how much HP you looking to get

We'll see what happens when I'm done with my "Project X". I know I'll need to run on 93 octane with boosters or Turbo Blue. The project should be done by the end of next year. We'll just say it will be more than 500 WHP.

Not my place to tell anyone what to do but XS power DOES NOT BUILD GOOD TURBOES the seals are glued with an epoxy and they leak oil. the money you think your saving by buying a cheap turbo will cost more in buying a descent one and taking a lost in the sale of the ****ty one. do yourself a favor and go with turbonetics or airresearch and NOT ANY EBAY CRAP
