i am an owner of a 2003 Outlander and i was wondering if anyone has the same problem.... my ac outlet will not work i have used a multimeter and it showed no power , i checked the fuses... all fine, is there an inline fuse that i'm not aware of?  i'm willing to try anything at this point (except go back to the dealer, they fixed it before but now it's out of warranty and they $250 to look at it).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Francie

Well if the fuse is good and you have no power at the cigar lighter port then you have a broken wire from the fuse to the cigar lighter port "open circuit" not a short.  Try ohming the wire form the fuse to the power port you should have continuity.
