Without a few dyno runs this isn't possible to determine because there are quite a few factors.  As a ballpark figure I would say between 285 - 315 horsepower.  I believe the stock 2003 Evolution puts out 271 horsepower.

I can tell you stock in my 03 evo i put down 245hp and 246 tq. This was on a dyno jet dyno. But like he said it will vary. Dyno jet or mustang dyno will give u a big difference too. With no ecu reflash ur going to be hitting boost cut alot and running pretty lean . The 03 evo fuel pump is weak. I'd say about 275 to 300whp. Do a reflash and upgrade ur fuel pump and you'll be looking at 325-350 whp.

colorado springs, colorado where the air is nice and thin and 12s cars actually require work lol..but i do beleive the only place in town with an awd dyno is a place called revolutions tuning cuz i had my gsxr there before i sold it

you only making like 260 at best.  your actually prob slower than that because having exhaust and running 24PSI is a bad idea on stock tune.  your killing yourself.  you dont need to dyno to get a good tune.  you can get a ECU mail in and trust me its worth it.  or just buy a SAFC and wideband and tune it yourself

yes he is hitting boost cut prob every time its cool outside and floors the gas from low RPMS , however its not running lean.  The Evos stock tune is Waaaayyyyyyy to rich and the more bolt ons you do the more rich they run, the boost will lean slightly but not enough the cars just run pig rich out of the box

close to 300whp after a flash with timing and fuel maps tuned in for your mods.  average flash get about 30WHP gain even on close to stock cars.   Its one of the best mods when your starting out with some bolt ons.  Trust me you WILL feel a huge difference
