so if you had the extra money would you opt for StreetGlow or is the liteglow one just as good just for less money

Depends really on your preference. But from personal experience I like the look of the Optix (by streetglow) better than the lightglow. You have to see the different ones yourself. Look for hotspots in the different brands. Ideally you should have even color throughout the area the bulb covers. The more actual LEDs there are in he bulb the better it tends to look.

I dunno I have liteglow LEDs on mine and they have ALOT of hotspots. I installed streetglow Optix series on a car and it had a nice even lighting that I liked a bit better. I guess it's just a matter of preference anyways.

sounds like the manufacture put a bigger led here and there becuse leds will only go so bright depending on size"Voltage" before they will just blow up. i would think it would come from bad or cheep construction of the light themself.

I figure just poor planning on the part of the manufacturer. The Streetglow Optix seem to have a nice even coverage though. I think I'm going with the Tireflys Colormorphics next.

so to be safe the streetglow is better, but the liteglow could be good as long as it is put together well. sounds kinda sketch but what ever extra hundred smackers it is.

i wouldn't get streetglow ever again personally, because they werent that bright and they all broke one by one, and it wasnt because of poor instalation, i have liteglow LED's like i said before and they have an even glow and seemed much stronger then the streetglow. I could have just gotten a bad batch of the neons but i spent the extra money thinking i was getting a qaulity product and i definatly didnt....lol

Well I stick by the streetglow Optix series myself though I'm going to be looking into the Tireflys Colormorphics sets. Like I said I was impressed by the streetglow Optix LEDs and quite frnakly if you got a bad set then you should have taken them back. And neons don't quite compare to LEDs anyways.
