My new muffler wont go on. A guy tole me he had to cut is muffler off and slip the pipe between the rear axle and then re weld it on. Is their any other way to get it on?

Also. My header, the flang is angled wrong its side ways instead of streight. All bolts up fine till you get to the L shaped pipe right before the muffler. That L pipe is angled way to low touches the ground when bolted on. What should I do? Have the L pipe bent up or have the flang cut off and re welded on?  Im going to have the exhaust shop do it.

if it doesnt fit without cutting then there is no way around it. You need to have it cut and welded. Sounds like a cheap kit to me

lol, not true. After all the basic upgrades, Tubro + NOS will do the trick.

Well how does the muffler its self install? Do I have to remove the gas tank or somthing? Because I cant get it to slip above the rear axle. All I can think of is eathor it needs the tank removed or it needs to be jacked up like 3 feet.

Hows it go on a 420A?

Answer my question. How did you get your aftermarket mufflers on? "muffler" "muffler" "YES muffler!" My muffler is shaped like the stock one which I had to cut in half to get out.
