ok i just picked up my eclipse last weekend. i did not have a front licence plate on my acr and i was pulled over, but then the cop told me to rev my engine it has a new Apexi N1 Catback exhaust on it. he gave me a ticket and told me it was an over sized illegale exhaust... is this true or is this officer just being a prick??? please help asap

theres no law for an 'oversized' exhaust, and in fact for smog purposes anything after the cat IS legal. However, he is allowed to site you for noise pollution, if he didnt write that on the ticket you could argue it.
