Generally the intake and exhaust are going to be your cheapest yet most effective upgrades powerwise handling will probably be sway bars strut tower bar and shocks. Audio wise head unit wouold be the best thing you could do for it. Looks I'd say a spoiler or body kit spoiler is cheapest and possibly a hood scoop or roof scoop if you like that sort of thing.
