needs spark plugs and wires....any clue on what it should cost about?  Dealer or any other shop?

Well the dealer near I go to told me $250, I think Meineke said $175? I can't recall if that included the plugs.

platinum tipped plugs. BOSCHE at autozone, with wires, pretty easy DIY, but youll have to take off the intake manifold

So we all know that the supercharged engines need the intake bypass valve so they work in reverse. Otherwise the supercharger would just suck all the air out of the cylinder

I went with Denso iridium cause I only want to change every 60k miles. Since the intake has to come off, I dont want to do it every 30k miles. Platnium will probably go 60k, but iridium costs a little more and is the longest life maintaining proper gap (peak fuel economy). Ill spend more to help insure I dont another saturday under the hood if I dont have to...
