I don't know who knows about this deal, but I was reasearching online and found a Highland brand cargo tray for 2007-2008 Outlanders in gray, tan, black for $50 with free shipping.

I just bought a new 07 XLS 4wd, black with tan leather, sun&sound, navigation, and hitch. Sticker was $31k, I think I got a good deal for $27500.... I like it so far, have to see how it does.Neeeded a cargo liner, didn't like the $100 factory one.

There's a fine print on that item:

"Highland-Graboski Mitsubishi Outlander Cargo Tray Universal Cargo Mat All Weather Easily Trimmed Allows Sizes From 34 in. x 48 in Down To 26 in. x 36 in."

If it was for the Outlander, you don't need to trim it. The term "universal" alone will give you an idea it was not specifically designed for the Outlander. Just my 2 cents.

I see what you're saying....Well, I guess I'll see what I end up with. Better than nothing. I can't believe K&N doesn't make an air filter for the Outlander 3.0 V6....another disappointment.

I am also disappointed on the fact that weathertech refuses to make Floorliner rubber mats for the Mitsubishi Outlander. I'm also looking for similar products that is good fitting and will contain water and dirt. Pls update us if you find good fitting mats.

Like rcpax said, that is a universal mat so its not going to fit exactly for our cargo area unless like it says "easily trimmed". Its probably going to look cheap, but if you just want something to protect against water and dirt, then it might be ok. Plan on throwing it away after a few seasons...

I bought the oem plastic tray. It doesnt fit the full cargo area, which is weird (and its plastic... rubber?). And its $100. I sold it on ebay and went with the oem carpeted mat for the rear. I'll get some pics up, but I like it alot more and it fits perfectly. I think it will fit its purpose and help protect, it will get dirty but thats ok. It also helps from things sliding around back there.

My $50 mat came today...its not the greastest, but it'll do, until Husyliner or weathertech makes an exact fitting one. I used a razorblade knife and trimmed it the best I could. It fits ok and the rubber is pretty thick, but does not fit exactly, covers about 95% of the cargo area. I'll try and post a pic later.
