$4000 will not cut it. I have like $10,000 in my motor of my evo and all to run the 50trim. I runa tubular manifold and it cause me no issues driving not that I drive it daily it sees about 3000 miles a year. and if your going to only run 10 psi on a 50trim then your car will just plain be slow. the turbo doesnt come alive untill 25-30PSI. Plus you would need a wastegate with a 10lbs spring. Either way I run 24PSI daily on 93 pump gas. I have 720cc denso fuel injectors and walbro 255lph fuel pump in my evo and that is all, BUT youll need an FPR if your run a 255lph pump. cams are a good idea and head studs are a must

ORIGINAL: spyder4g63t so i need to put 10000 in my motor in order to run 400+hp... Not at all. But running a 50trim in generall you need more than $4k lol. You can run 400HP on they 20G, by a tubular manifold for a stock replacment, and ported o2 housing, 720cc injectors, a fuel pump 255lph or 190, cams, head studs ect ect im sure I can go on. It really depends what you have already but to get 400HP you need to change alot of stuff and get tuning of some kind $4k will not likely cut it or even come close. of course you can scratch som things I am saying to get but , if you belive in doing it right hte first time then id do them

Ya, you would be better off trying to get 350hp... That you can get to, with a smaller budget..

yeah with 4k it sounds like you're better off going with the 20g and actually doing it right, and aiming for 350hp

but the 20g is more money then the 50 trim.. ..how would it be cheaper...if i still gotta get injectors, fuel pump...manifold,gauges,etc......also i dont need 400+ right away.. i can have 350 for now safely if thats the promblem....50 trim with injectors fuel pump and gauges mbc for now..will that work and also rear wheel drive conversion...eclipse drifting...nonsense....first to do it..or waste

Well the difference between the 20g and the 50trim is that the 20 spools way faster, as to the 50 trim makes all its power uptop in the top end speed. And like every1 says if you get a 50 trim you better have the mods to support it otherwise its pointless, and a 20g doesn't needa new manifold we already told you that. Just get injectors, pump, fpr, ic and pipes, afc and slap a 20g on it you'll be good,I might be missing sumthing so please chime in
