http://dsmparts.com/customer/home.php?cat=166 ......look at the  50 trim they have here...also the 20g...look at the price diffrence....now can i get better performance out of the 50 trim...maybe a little slower spool....but my goal is a 400+ daily driver....

i would go with the 50 trim if you're trying to hit 400ho, cuz the big 16g usually craps out around 350hp. eother way with such a high hp car it'll be a pain in the b***d to drive every day

I think he's comparing the 20g to the 50 trim.  I would also go with the 50trim for anything over 400 hp.

yeah well either way i'd go with the 50 trim, and if you get a bb 50 trim it'll spool a bit faster if you're worried about it. although on emonz's u can't tell it's a bb cuz it takes him a year to spool up,lol

the 50trim no matter what will lag alot more than a Mitsu turbo like the 20g or anything smaller.   I hit full boost atound 4000RPMs and when it hits it hits hard.   Ill take the lag it more fun.  that way if your racing someone they think they winning then all of a sudden they hear the SCREAMMM of my wastegate and my car flys right by.    When I was at the track that happend to me.   I mis launched I was racing a STi that was slow.  he had me by like a car or two.  all of a sudden I hit boost and blow by him.  Right after he walks over to me and says "WTF?  WTF do you have done to this thing, it sounded sick and it freakin flies"

haha that's awesome, i saw that happen to this tt 300zx when it raced a cobra. the cobra had the 300zx by at least 2 cars, and everyone thought the mustang was gunna win, but the 300zx flew by him at the end. the driver of the mustang got soo mad, it was hilarious

the big difference is gonna be that with the 20g you can bolt it on to the stock manifold. But for that much HP i dont think your gonna want to be running a stock manifold anyway

there are ALOT of big differences.

Manifolds
o2 housings
downpipe
oil/water lines
Fitment
20g will hit full boost at like 3200RPMS vs 4000rpms
they can make similar power but the 50trim will make more up top

The 50trim is good if you plan to try and upgrade at a later time, all you will need to get is a turbo rather than the entire deal again.  plus if you want to run meth or race gas the 50trim can reach 500hp  the 20G wont get out of mid 400 range

the 50trim on there site claims you can reuse the stock manifold and what ever DP you have for the stock turbo.   Im not so sure than can even be done though
