If its choking at 18 psi, it may be b/c the fuel setup isnt good enough.. So if the other one is reading 30 psi, then that gauge is wrong, b/c it would start to get fuel cut...

alright tonight i switched the vacuum lines to the way they were be4(which is hella wrong, but seemed to work when i 1st got the car), and once it hits 1 bar it felt like it just started spooling, before that it didn't pull. and now it still goes to 1.5 bars, but way later, say around 5000/6000 rpm's. and once it hits 1.5 bars it just chokes
