I go that issue too, very scary. I bring my car right to the dealer. They found a chip like you say that froze, they change it, no problem like that so far. But the same, i was at my girlfriend house, drive for 10 min, stop my car, like for 15 min, start the car, no probleme, then reverse, then the probleme start. Big Clunch, cant go more than 20 km/h.
