yea. different letters. no but for real. i haven't even seen a new STI that isn't a wagon... i don't like the new look of either car but think that Mitsu did a much better job of keeping it sporty. EVO X w/ it's AYC. DEFINATLY!!!! and seriously... what did you think we'd say? this is www.MITSUBISHIforum.com

Okay. Im going to quote Car&Driver and Road&Track. Out of the VW Golf R32, EVO X, and STi, the STi came last, and the EVO came first. Why? STi: Highs: Fantastic high-end grunt, supple ride, an interior worth of the sticker price. Lows: Vague, overly assisted steering; flaccid power below 4000 rpm; a chassis set to terminal understeer. EVO X: Highs: Yaw control that abolishes understeer, awesome grip, great low-end torque for a turbo. Lows: Needs a telescoping steering wheel, one more gear, and an interior worth the price. This is a direct quote from Car&Driver. (I couldnt find the road and track one) lol. I would 100% agree with what is written here. I would have also added that the STi is incredibly ugly for one, and if you ever decide to modd the hell out of the car, the EVO can handle a crap load more power on the stock internals than the STi. The reason being, its horizontally opposed motor.
