Most definetly UNTRUE! While the exhaust ports should match (I'm not 100% certain, feel free to step in and correct), there's more to boosting a car than simply slapping on a turbo. You'll need to take into consideration what the stock internals can handle. Seeing as the most abuse they'll take on a daily basis is 7-9 pounds, and seeing as the evo's come with double that stock, adding that much pressure is ill advised. Plus you'll need some sort of piggyback to regulate air/fuel mixtures, bigger injectors, a bigger fuel pump, adjustable fuel pressure regulator, BOV, etc. So the answer is 'No' they don't just bolt on. Now swapping a 4g63 head onto a 4g64 bottom end is pretty common, and will net you a whole lot more power.
