It can be done...for 7g Galants of the years 96-98 its a fairly easy swap. You will have to add wires w/ pins and move some pins around the stock harness (Same excact 4 plugs as the 2g turbo Eclipse/Talons) to accomondate a 2g turbo ECU and the coil pack, CAS, knock sensor. A 4G63t 7bolt will drop right in w/o no issues like it belongs there, if you decide to go with a 6bolt 4G63 you will have to modify the drivers side motor mount bracket a bit to accomodate the 7g motor mount. If you have a 94-95 Galant..they have a 3 plug ECU with a hybrid OBD1 / OBD II Ecu and the easiest but hard to find route is finding the ever rare 1994 Galant "GS" with came with a DOHC 4G64 stock and do with that set up. I suggest going to this site which I have been a member for a long time and there are a couple of 7g owners that have 4g63's in their 7g Galants.http://www,thegalantcenter.net
