You cant use ground 101 if your checking the injector harness, you have to go from inj1 pin 2 to pin 51 then inj2 pin 2 to pin 52 and so on for inj 3 & 4.  Thats how to check the wiring.

Ok I will try that. I tried it once earlier but I will try it again to make sure.
Thank you very much for your help.

While I had the ECU out of the car I took the top off and checked the transistors. I found the one that is bad. Part #2SD1415. It is the one just past the plug. I found a web site that showed me how to check it. All others tested fine but one of them was allowing ohms both ways.(open) So I am in serch for a ECU. But I am also going to try to find a new transistor and replace the one that is bad to see if I can fix it. This has been very interesting for me and I do Thank you for all the help.
I will keep everyone posted on this.

Well I replaced the ECU and it fixed the problem. No more flooding. Now it seems to be smoking oil. Could this be because of so much gas in the oil? I have not changed it yet but will be tomorrow.

Thank you for helping me out.

Change the oil and do a compression test just to be safe, but thats awsome you figured out the problem!

I changed the oil and it don't smoke any more except when I drive it. When it sits idle its fine. It seems like it is leaking onto the exhaust manifold. Not out the exhaust pipe but onto it. You know it smells like oil hitting a hot item not like it would when it is burt thru the engine. I checked the valve cover and it looks ok. I will keep looking and maybe even change the gasket just to rule that out.

I would just replace it too, they are know for leaking on 1gens.

It definitely looks like you have to open the ECU module and trace the #52 to internal component which will either be a single n-p-n transistor or a driver IC. Expect the other pins ## 51, 60 ,61, 62 to go around the same area of the board and see where they end. I would look for any parts installed on heatsink, then take note of the label on them, GOOGLE it and buy, then try replacing. Of course you will need a good soldering iron and some experience handling this kind of task. Similar type of parts could be used in ECUs of the other japanese cars. So you have a good chance of finding them in the junk yard. I'm 99% positive the transistor driving Inj#2 is toast there. See if I'm right.

Oh, sorry, stupid me... I didn't realize there was a second page to this thread. and it seems your problem is already solved.
Good job!
