since you love fwd so much, why dont you go buy a 2g gst. if you sell your car and buy one youll probably only end up spending about a grand in the long run

If I sell my car, i'm going for something newer. Or I can spend 1.5k on a '96 240sx manual, spend 3k (+$600 shipping) on a silvia swap with a racing tranny.

Anyway, Tearstone offered 2.5k for turbo kit minus the piping.

UPDATE: A guy just called me after seeing my craigslist wanted post- He wants to sell me his turbo kit for $800 if I gave him my exhaust manifold. His kit is used for 5k miles, and he doesn't know what size turbo it is..

I was thinking about quitting with it until he called.. Now: He claims to be selling his '03 GS to a guy who will pay the same for the car, turboed or not.. So it is in his best interests to sell the turbo kit seperate, except he doesn't have his exhaust manifold.

Help me out.

  • He wants $800 for everything, including gauges. Its from Turbonetics, they don't make the kit anymore.

I'm going to check it out Saturday. It has 5k miles on it.. Says he gets around 14-15psi. Please, I need suggestions. Should I get this, or just save for another ride? This is the first kit i've seen in my immediate price range.

Nothing you can really grab from an EVO.

Not sure about turbonetics, but Treadstone for sure
