Ok thanks guy's.
Well I had the wheel and tire checked and reseated today, luckly they were fine othe than a few scuff marks from the tree. I think it will buff out though. Also I found one good fender today in a junk yard for 50 bucks, is that too high? It's in good condition no dings or dents. but it's black so i will have to have it painted.

Well I took the fender off today And everything looks fine as far as the inner structure goes. No bends or stress marks. But i found it has broken the back off of the headlight assy. And wouldn't you know the damn bumper has to come off to get the bottom bolt out. That took some good engineering on the auto makers part. Oh well now I'm needing a rh light assy.

Ok another question.
Are the light assy. on the Eclipse the same as the Talon thru these years?
