i took a look at what my boost gauge was connected to this morining, and the clear tubing that i guess mesured the lbs of boost, is cut! it sounds like my boost gauge is leaking from that, like the air that is supposed to go to the boost gauge, is cut and going into my car. so i need a new one of those. could i just buy that part? if u read my last post, could that be the reason for my rpm limiter?

Yes, it's teh same thing as a boost leak. Just get a piece of vacuum line and swap it out.
