hey me again ok me and my 99 rs question time. 

ok when i warm up my car i notice it doesnt go past 1.2k then when its all warmed up it goes to 700~900 rpm. it sounds normal to me what do you guys think?

I agree with the rest that is normal. Now at a cold start up i'll shoot up to 2,300rpms I don't know if thats normal
