ok i called around to see if i could find some help on where the ignition control module is and they said there is not one on the 96 model but one of my friends told me on some cars if the fuel pump burns up that the car has a relay that when the pump burns up it triggers that relay to make it to where the car won't get spark is there any type of relay like that on the 95-96 model eclipse? and if so where?

figured out why it wasn't getting spark there is a relay by the fuel pump relay and one of the prongs on the connector was bent we bent it back and hooked it back up and the car started right up this just shows how little and stupid something could be to make a car not start thanks for everyones advice and all of the help i greatly appreciate it

Thanks for posting up the solution. It always seems to be the simple things we forget to check
