Hey, i have an 02 lancer oz and ive been wanting to lower it for quite some time now.  my question is which type of spring i should go with. The Eibach pro kit will lower it around 1.5 in. and the Tein S-techs will lower it around 1.8 in.  i have heard from a couple of people that if i go with the tein s-techs that i will need new shocks.  and im not looking to spend more than 400$ total (including the springs and installment).  Are the Eibach pro kit springs a safer choice when it comes to my shocks holding up?

                                                       thanks.

either way you go you are gonna put more stess on the stock stuts. I think the best bet is the tein s-tech and the kyb gr-2 struts. That shouldnt be too expensive
