I am planning to replace the a/c vents on my fiance's 04 Endeavor. I have a few questions about removal of the vents so I know what I am getting into.

1. On the left and right a/c vents on both drivers and passenger site, how hard are they to remove?

2. I am assuming the center a/c vents part of the whole center bezel radio cover?

The reason I am replacing them is because the vent fins on the outer drivers and passengers side vents are broken and the center vents adjuster for the air flow vertically won't adjust anymore.

Don't know about the side cuz I didn't want to go into my endy but it should be easy to take out.  As for the center, yes, it is one whole piece.  Be careful about the SRS wire because if you unplug them and don't have a scanner to decode, the SRS light will come on and annoy you until you take it to the dealer to fix, which isn't covered as it was messed with.

Any suggestions on a technique on removing the center console bezel? I will be removing it sometime soon when the oem ipod interface kit arrives and when I install it.

I haven't fixed the vents yet. I removed the center console and looks like I have to buy a whole new center bezel piece as the vents are part of it.
