Hello I am interested in purchasing 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS Pearle scent Orange.. This Vehicle will be exported out of country.. My question is when did production of these cars or 2006 Eclipse first began..? The production date is stickered on the door and from my recent calls all cars were not produced earlier than November 2005.. Are my fears correct in saying that there were no GS Eclipses produced earlier than that.. For example June, July or August 2005? for the 2006 Model year?

I bought my 2006 Eclipse in July of 2005. I test drove in June of 2005.

Just googled it.....The new Eclipse was launched June 1, 2005.

My 2006 Eclipse production date is Aug 2005.

My 2006 Eclipse GT was manufactured in September 2005. I'm not sure about the GS models though..
