Air intake, exhaust (at least a cat-back), 18 inch wheels and tires, upgrade the stereo...That's about all I would do to that car cuz it will never be fast even with mods unless you go extreme with a sh!t load of cash so no need to waste too much cash on it.

What ever your liking is man...just becareful on the tint, I don't know about your state but where I live (Pennsylvania) the cops will not let the front windows be tinted and fine the sh!t outta people for it and then make them peel it off...My '99 GS-T is rollin on 18's with Nitto NeoGen tires 215/35/18 and I love 'em.

I'm about an hour north of Pittsburgh in Franklin (venango county)..there is a huggggeee prick of a cop in town who pulls EVERYONE over for tin, fines them and then tells them that they have to peel it off.

Depends on what you want to pay...I stole my set brand new for $300..A rare but good find....some brands are Enkei, Volk, 5zigen, Motegi, Konig, Momo...really it's all in personal preference so just find a wheel that you think would look good on your ride and go with it...As for tires though, I will only ever use Nitto tires..I have had a couple of sets of them and I like them a lot...They stick to the road extremely well and they wear very nicely.
