Its between patrick and TE.  I think patrick needs to pass the power to TE so he can do it all

Well it is up to the winner to PM patrick a right up about there cars.  If they do not it wont get completed.   I talked to Patrick about it yesterday

when someone wins the ROTM contest, they have to PM me their info, and ive not gotten any in a while..until this month.
