foctory radio locked

so i entered three wrong codes in the radio now it's locked how do i reset the unit so i can enter the correct code (1999 Galant)

I believe u have to wait for "X" amount of time... something like 6hrs. Go to the dealer and get the code, man.

leave the driver side door open for 30 minutes, it might sound gay but it works
