The fuel pump should be on top of the tank, you can get to it by removing the rear seats.  The fuel filter is in the engine bay.

on my 99 GS my fuel filter was on the passenger side of the car just infront of the passenger rear wheel.   just follow the fuel line and you'll see it.  takes all of about 10-15 mins to fix.
as for the fuel pump.  pull ur back seat up.  you'll need a 10mm to get 6-8 nuts off to pull the plate up, after that, disconnect the fuel lines and power wires and the pump should come right out.   only about a 30-50 min install.  btw, i have a walbro 255 available for the 420a if you are intrerested.

yea i think it's only located in the engine bay on the gst's and gsx's.    i'm just trying to get rid of the pump for $50.  that's less than half of what you'd pay.

Actually your half correct. After researching a bit more ONLY the 1995 has the fuel filter on the fire wall. The 96+ is in front of the rear pass wheel well
