how are you people in the RS's getting anything less than 25mpg. you really shouldnt be. You might have a bad o2 sensor, air filter, ect. But i would start with the basic tune up stuff. If your getting under 20mpg in that car something is wrong. I used to get 22mpg in my TSI AWD

Thats true Mike. Man that previous owner was a cock bag.

I did do some other stuff to the car after the fact. I think it would have made an honest 250 to the wheels at that point without what ever assistance it had.

The car now sits in some Mitsubishi showroom in Surrey, England. Sold for 12,000 GBP... translation around $24,000 :P
