My car started acting like it had a boost leak, No power while at full boost, Horrible idle, really rough and almost sounds like a tractor and it makes the whole car vibrate really bad. There is no exhaust leak at all also no boost leak. Also it is making a really wierd ticking/tapping noise. It is coming from inside the engine, it might be from the head but also could be bottom end its hard to tell where its coming from. and before this the engine was smooth as can be perfect idle and no lifter tick. I am wondering if maybe i skipped timing or somthing. Thanks,

No... but thats pretty conclusive.

It MIGHT.... just might be a loose pulley some place. Although I highly doubt it.

taking the oil pan off is nothing but a few 10mm bolts.  it takes longer to jack the car up than it does to take the pan off.   you should be able to tell pretty quickly if you have a spun bearing or not by doing this.

Sometimes the bearing hasnt made its way to the oil pan yet. But you should see shavings in the pain.

By the way, the more you run it, the worse. One little metal chip gets circulated to the turbo and its toast.
