Yesterday the a/c fan just all of a sudden stopped blowing and then I noticed I couldn't put my windows up. I checked the obvious fuses and they seemed ok.  Not sure of what else I should try.  Oh, It's a 96' Galant.

Thanks for any help,

Stephen

It was a 15 amp fuse on the interior fuse panel that I missed.  I must say, I'm dissapointed that in five days no one responded to my question.  I like my car and plan on keeping it.  It would be great if this forum would become more active.

Fuse blew again and I no longer have a/c and window controls.  I must have a short somwhere.  Possibly the recirculation switch. I noticed when I engaged it the fan blew for approximately 30 seconds before the fuse blew.
Chime in if you have any expertise.

This is a neat forum.  You ask and answer your own questions.  I don't know why I didn't think of it.

Ahh, the ongoing saga.  It wasn't the recirculation switch.  It seems that possibly a faulty blower fan switch has melted my wiring  harness.  Now I need to price the harness (already have the switch) and see if I can do it.  Or find out how much it cost to have done.
I hope these postings are helping someone.  They may be helping me too.  At least I get to vent about my car trouble.
It would be great if someone would reply, but I won't hold my breath
