small small small possiblity that would of happened. I don't know last year when it was serviced if they put the orange stuff in. But I did add water and green a few months ago - so that could be it. Still - I have a problem with the Radiator being rusted on the inside.

The reason I asked is because the two formulas don't mix well. Infact, they form a brown sludge. Did a dealership service your radiator or a bubba? Dealers and repuatable shops have chemical flush kits that can clean your system better than just flushing with water. Refill with the green stuff. cost about $90. You may give this a try first, before you look at replacing a radiator. Stephen
