My body kit came with a crapy primor job. How do I remove it? Just sand it?

yea sand it, if you have a DA sander then get a real high grit sandpaper, if not then wet sand it with 200 or so grit sand paper, re-primer it, wetsand that with 1200grit sand paper, then paint it
