RE: 95 eclipse gsx knocking sound please help!!!!!!!!!!! - 4/3/2008 8:47:47 PM    feonixwolf Posts: 40 Joined: 3/29/2008 Status: offline  i agree always try the stock first,if you HAVE to use oversized anyting,make sure all bearings have the same mesurements.12:1 comp in that V8 is alot diff from 8.5:1 in the 4 cyl,i would buy a new crank for the V8 befor i put over sized bearings in.
