ok if i put it back to stock except for my cat-back would that be ok or not? also i already took it into a dealer with bolt-ons on so they dont keep that on record that i have slight mods do they? and how expensive is a fix like that?

Its like a tranny rebuild.  I never paid for one so I cant say.  I would make sure you have teh stock clutch still when you bring the car into the dealers.  and just bring it to a different dealer if you can.

Yes all Evos have at LEAST a 60k powertrain warrenty.  06 Evos had 100k

I cant answer the cat back ? for you because that depends on your dealer.  I went to a dealer in Brandon Fl (Tampa pretty much) and the guy told me if I had even a air filter id lose it, however in Ma my mitsudealer honored my warrenty for calipers and a new wing and never said a word about my car which had a bunch of bolt on and an SAFC

ok i see thanks i will just look around then. Also do you think that a shepherd transmission is a good investment for a high hp evo i heard they have lifetime warrenties but they are like 3K?.

well worth the cash if you want usable HP.   You need a shep tranny after like 550HP if not sooner IMO same with the T case , the rear diff is a bit stronger
