Proper punctuation and grammar, should yield better results.

Im not sure about the front bumper but you can use simple spray paint on the dash as long as you do it right. Here are the proper steps.

1. Sand down peices that you plan on painting to make a nice smooth and clean surface.
2. Spray at least to coats of primer or until your satified that you have a nice smooth coat over the piece.
3. Spray a few coats of the colored paint that your using. Again until your satisfied that its nice and even and that you cant see any primer though it.
4. Spray a few coats of clear coat over it.

When i did mine i used duplicolor paint which worked pretty well. You can get it at any parts store. Also make sure you do this either outside or not in a living area as the fumes will be pretty strong. The clear coat is key to preventing any chipping

use the vynal paint no need for primer and it flexes. lightly sand to rough up the surface and make sure theres no armor all on it. three coats and your good. wont peal either
