I just need help with my boost levels and a really quick explanation of the controller. Today when i got in my car after it was sitting my levels were at 2.43 and it was beeping so i checked to see what i had them set at and the high was at 1.43 and the low was at 1.00. So i took it easy and by the time i got home it was back down to .56. What the **** happened here?

And also what exactly are the high and low settings? I know i have the high set at about 22psi and the low at like 17psi but i just need to know if  i have to turn them to low or high to get them to that boost or does it gradually go from low to high? And the moniter levels(when its at like .43 and rising) what is that? I know this is a long post but i cant find it anywhere.
