My rear power windows are very very slow. I guess its the motor, but the window takes forever to go back up.

What could I do to make them faster..........

Someone told me to change the motor, as the rear ones are not the originals. When I went to change them, the guy there was very kind, and told me not to waste my money on stupid stuff like this. He said that the rear windows are not that important, and it doesnt really matter if they were fast and slow. He also said that getting another motor for the window would be very costly.

So, now, i want to sort of fix the problem. What would be the problem in this case. Why is the window so slow?

Try lubricated the tracks that the glass ride on w/ wd-40 or something similar.  Its a lot cheaper then replacing the motors.
